Mr. Rajesh Sharma, an legit expert in law whether Litigation or Corporate, he holds LL.B, CS and CMA degrees, which provides him a dept knowledge and expertise in these fields. He is a renowned name in Corporate with glorious experience of 26+ years in Litigation and Corporate, he is an expert in civil, criminal and corporate arena.

Mr. Rajesh Sharma (Founder/Partner)
Mr. Rajesh Sharma with holding LLB from the University of Delhi also a qualified Company Secretary (ICSI) and Cost Accountant (ICWAI) in 1993.
He started his professional career as Manager – Merchant Banking with Category-1 Merchant Banker. He played major role at Barista Coffee Company Limited during his long tenure from 2006 to 2012. Later, he served as a Group CFO at Carnation Auto India Private Limited; wherein he was instrumental for equity and debt fund raising for setting up multi-brand automobile workshops and used car business. He was Partner with Rajani Singhania & Partners, an international Law Firm.
He has an extensive experience of three decades practicing in various arenas of law with specialization in Corporate and commercial Laws, Joint Ventures & Strategic Alliance, Merger & Acquisition and Corporate Restructuring. He has wide experience in handling complex litigation and arbitration across India. He has been advising various companies in their intricate cross border transactions. He has considerable experience in representing major corporate client in various courts in India.
He has played paramount role in many legal case representing clients before judicial and Quasi-judicial courts/authorities for all legal disputes. He acted as a mediator in many arbitration matters.
Mrs. Seema Sharma (Partner)
Mrs. Sharma being a prominent part of Juris NextGen plays an important role. She holds LLB degree from Delhi University. She has represented many clients in judicial and Quasi-Judicial Bodies. An active practitioner of POSH and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI).
With vast knowRakhi Bhatiledge and experience in handling legal matter, she is plays vital role in the Team. She holds rich experience of more than 15 years, she is a prominent advisor with specialized experience on FDI and India Entry Strategy, FEMA, POSH, Arbitration etc. She has worked extensively in cross border transaction, Joint Venture Agreement, Technology Transfer Agreements. She has an experience of working in various sectors including FMCG, Health Care, Real Estate, Education, Manufacturing, Insurance and Financial Services. She has dealt on various FEMA issues advising Foreign Companies affecting their entry into India.

Ms. Sushmita Adhikari (Associate) (Corporate Law, Capital Market and Trademark)
Sushmita Adhikari is member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India(ICSI). She has an extensive experience in IPO, FPO Rights, Private Placement and Capital Market Transactions, Company law, Secretarial Due-diligence, legal due-diligence, labour law etc. She signally handled public issue of the many Companies. She has an immersible command over company compliances and regulations. She has expertise in commercial drafting, contract drafting, forming internal banking policies, Banking contracts, secretarial compliances, FEMA, India entry strategies, Corporate Restructuring, Trademarks.
She has also advised clients on day to day legal affairs of the company including but not limited to issues relating to corporate law, employment law, etc.
Mr. Abhijeet Saxena (Associate)(Banking, Securitization and DRT)
Mr. Abhijeet Saxena holds BBA-LLB degree from Bharati Vidyapeeth New Law College, Pune and is a registered member in the Bar Council of India. He has been practicing and handling cases independently with minimal guidance with a result-oriented approach, both professionally and ethically. He has experience mainly in banking matters related to Negotiable Instrument Act, SARFAESI Act and DRT. He has also played acted as a Legal Advisor for the bank and for the individuals in many situations. He has expertise in drafting of Commercial Agreements, Legal Notices, Negotiable Instrument section 138 matters, Recovery Suit matters, Family Court matters and their rejoinders and miscellaneous applications associated with the suits.
Ms. Rakhi (Associate) (Banking, NI and RERA)
Ms. holds LLB degree from Lloyd Law College, Greater Noida affiliated by CCS and is a registered member in the Bar Council of India. Ms. Rakhi Bhati has been practicing Criminal and Banking matters. She has expertise command over banking matters related to Negotiable Instrument Act, preparing reports for Banks related to Properties in related to securitization of Assets under SARFEASI Act. She is individually handling cases related to RERA.
She has also acted as a Legal Advisor for the bank and for the individuals in many situations. She is an expert in recovery matters and always looking forwards for new challenges.
